What happens if my event is cancelled or rescheduled?
As soon as the venue or promoter tells us that an event's been cancelled, we'll get to work on letting you know about it. If your event is cancelled, you won't need to do anything as we'll refund your order automatically for you.
We'll try to contact you via text and email, so do make sure your account details are up to date!
